Exercise Description
Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch is one of the best stretches to help with mobility at the front of the pelvis. It alleviates lower back pain, improves posture, and aligns legs to make them work more powerfully.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get on your knees with one knee on the floor, and the other leg bent 90 degrees in front of you with flat feet. Place one hand on your thigh. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
Tightening the gluteal muscles of the back, slightly shifting the weight of the body forward, keeping the torso straight. Reach with your free hand to hold your foot to increase the stretch. We keep the time.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid losing tension in the buttocks. Keep contracting your muscles to relax your hip flexors.
- Keep your hand free on your thigh to avoid hurting your knee.
