Instructions

  1. Get into a pushup position, tighten your core muscles and squeeze your glutes.
  2. Keeping your body in a straight line from heels to head, lift one foot off the floor and bring it as close to the opposite arm as possible. Return to the pushup position.

Tips

  • Try to keep the shin of your lead leg perpendicular to the floor.
