Exercise Description

Groiners is a home workout exercise that targets glutes & hip flexors and also involves hamstrings.

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Get into a pushup position, tighten your core muscles and squeeze your glutes.
  • Step 2

    Keeping your body in a straight line from heels to head, lift one foot off the floor and bring it as close to the opposite arm as possible. Return to the pushup position.
