Exercise Description
Groiners is a home workout exercise that targets glutes & hip flexors and also involves hamstrings.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a pushup position, tighten your core muscles and squeeze your glutes. -
Step 2
Keeping your body in a straight line from heels to head, lift one foot off the floor and bring it as close to the opposite arm as possible. Return to the pushup position.

Groiners targets Abs, Hamstrings, Hips, Obliques, Quads as seen below.
Exercise Tip
- Try to keep the shin of your lead leg perpendicular to the floor.
