Target Muscles

Instructions

  1. Swing the rope over you and jump high enough to throw it off.
  2. When landing, place only one foot on the ground. When the rope is over your head again, jump to free it and land on the opposite leg. Repeat, moving your legs as if you were running.

Tips

  • Avoid hard landings. Land on soft knees and on the balls of your feet.
  • Don't jump too high. Make jumps quick and short to maintain speed.
