Exercise Description
Jump Rope Jog is a killer cardio workout that improves coordination, boosts metabolism, and makes you sweat like crazy; hence, also good for fat burning.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Swing the rope over you and jump high enough to throw it off. -
Step 2
When landing, place only one foot on the ground. When the rope is over your head again, jump to free it and land on the opposite leg. Repeat, moving your legs as if you were running.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid hard landings. Land on soft knees and on the balls of your feet.
- Don't jump too high. Make jumps quick and short to maintain speed.
