Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with your head and upper back resting on the bosu ball. Make sure you keep your feet on the floor and your knees bent.
  2. Tighten your abs and plant your heels on the floor, lifting your hips up. Finish the movement by squeezing your buttocks, being careful not to engage your lower back. Return to starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your body straight at the top of the exercise, squeezing your glutes and belly. Avoid making your hips saggy.
  • Avoid turning from side to side during the exercise.
  • Avoid hyperextension of the lower back at the top of the movement.
