Exercise Description
Hip Raise with Head on Bosu Ball is a multi-muscle move that simultaneously trains your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back with your head and upper back resting on the bosu ball. Make sure you keep your feet on the floor and your knees bent. -
Step 2
Tighten your abs and plant your heels on the floor, lifting your hips up. Finish the movement by squeezing your buttocks, being careful not to engage your lower back. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your body straight at the top of the exercise, squeezing your glutes and belly. Avoid making your hips saggy.
