Exercise Description
Farmers Walk on Toes is a leg and forearm strengthening workout that primary emphasis the calves. This exercise is also good to improve core strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Carry a pair of dumbbells at your side at arm's length. -
Step 2
Raise your heels to balance on the balls of your feet and walk 30 feet forward. If you don't have space, you can walk in circles for 30 seconds.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your chest up and out.
- Be sure to firmly grip the kettlebells before you feel your grip weaken.
- Avoid shrugging. Keep them down, back, and away from your ears for the entire set.
