Exercise Description
Cross Chop to Knee is a bodyweight exercise that keeps you strong and stable and makes your core strong. It also boosts lower-body endurance and strength, improves coordination, and strengthens the abdominal muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand on one leg, take the other leg to the side, and toes touch the floor. Bring your hands together and bring them to the same side as your standing leg. -
Step 2
Then, lower both hands in a slashing motion to the opposite thigh while lifting the knee. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid rounding your back.
- The movement should be created by twisting the press. Make sure your knee and arms are firmly pressed together on each rep.
- Do not arch your lower back while standing.
