Exercise Description
Calf Roll with a form roller relieve tense muscles and work out adhesions in the lower leg. Calf rolling decreases tissue tension and can improve your range of movement, increasing your speed and flexibility.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you and your hands on the floor behind you. Place a calf muscle on the top of the foam roller. -
Step 2
Lift your hips, so your weight is on your hands and foam roller. Then start slowly rolling back and forth so that your calves roll up and down on the roller.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid too fast movements during the exercise.
- Perform the movement slowly and under control.
- Try not to hold your breath, especially in sensitive areas.
