  2. Bend your knees, push your hips back and lower your body into a squat, keeping your torso straight.
  3. Make a lateral movement with one shoulder to the nearest thigh. Continuing in circular motions, round your upper back towards the front of your body. Then make a lateral tilt to the far thigh.

Tips

  • Don't hold your breath throughout the exercise.
  • Don't cut the circles short during the movement; instead, focus on completing full circles.
