Exercise Description

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Lie on your back with your heels pressed against your buttocks.
  • Step 2

    Lift your shoulders off the floor and lower yourself so that your right-hand touches your right heel, and your other hand touches your left heel.
  • Step 3

    This is one rep; repeat until the desired number of repetitions.
