Exercise Description
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back with your heels pressed against your buttocks. -
Step 2
Lift your shoulders off the floor and lower yourself so that your right-hand touches your right heel, and your other hand touches your left heel. -
Step 3
This is one rep; repeat until the desired number of repetitions.

Exercise Tip
- Try to bring your knees towards your chest as best you can, extending them back after each touch.
