A core and oblique-focused exercise performed by reaching side-to-side to tap your heels while maintaining a crunch position, enhancing trunk stability, coordination, and abdominal endurance.

Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with your heels pressed against your buttocks.
  2. Lift your shoulders off the floor and lower yourself so that your right-hand touches your right heel, and your other hand touches your left heel.
  3. This is one rep; repeat until the desired number of repetitions.

Tips

  • Try to bring your knees towards your chest as best you can, extending them back after each touch.
