Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor with knees bent, and feet firmly planted. Go back behind your head and grab the bar with a firm overhand grip. Raise the barbell by fully extending your arms and placing the barbell directly over your chest.
  2. Keeping your arms in the same position, lower the bar behind your head to the floor. Pause and return to the starting position.
