Exercise Description
Triceps Extension On Floor trains all the triceps muscles and provide you a full range of motion, so this exercise is best to build mass.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie face down on the floor with knees bent, and feet firmly planted. Go back behind your head and grab the bar with a firm overhand grip. Raise the barbell by fully extending your arms and placing the barbell directly over your chest. -
Step 2
Keeping your arms in the same position, lower the bar behind your head to the floor. Pause and return to the starting position.
