Instructions

  1. Stand on the mat with your elbows resting on the stability ball. Roll the ball with your elbows forward as far as possible without lowering your back.
  2. Keeping the body in tension, return the ball to its original position.

Tips

  • Don't use your upper body to bring yourself back to the starting position. Instead, focus all your efforts on your stomach.
