Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Rollout targets the muscles of your core—specifically the rectus abdominis, obliques, and erector spinae. This exercise also strengthens the shoulders and triceps muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand on the mat with your elbows resting on the stability ball. Roll the ball with your elbows forward as far as possible without lowering your back. -
Step 2
Keeping the body in tension, return the ball to its original position.

Exercise Tip
- Don't use your upper body to bring yourself back to the starting position. Instead, focus all your efforts on your stomach.
