Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Dumbbell Shoulder Press is a good strengthening exercise for the shoulders and triceps. Using a Swiss ball engages your core as well.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take a pair of dumbbells and sit on a swiss ball. Pull your shoulders back, tighten your core muscles and raise the dumbbells just above shoulder level, palms facing forward, and elbows pressed to the body. -
Step 2
Extend your arms completely over your head. Pause and slowly return the dumbbells to your shoulders.
