Instructions

  1. Take a pair of dumbbells and sit on a swiss ball. Pull your shoulders back, tighten your core muscles and raise the dumbbells just above shoulder level, palms facing forward, and elbows pressed to the body.
  2. Extend your arms completely over your head. Pause and slowly return the dumbbells to your shoulders.

Tips

  • Be sure to use slow, controlled movements.
  • Make sure you focus on pushing the dumbbells up, not out.
