Exercise Description
Standing EZ-Bar Biceps Curl is specially designed to strengthen the bicep and triceps muscles. The various angled grips on the bar protect your elbows and wrists from joint damage from heavy arm workouts.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Grasp the EZ bar with an overhand grip. Make sure your hands are about six inches apart. Maintain a firm posture and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. -
Step 2
Flex the bar until your biceps are fully contracted. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, pause, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your elbows still and pressed to your sides.
- Perform the movement at a controlled pace, without allowing momentum to build up.
