Instructions

  1. Attach the rope attachment at the lowest level to the adjustable rope machine. Grasp the bar with a reverse grip, arms fully extended, palms facing forward.
  2. Without moving your arms, bend your elbows and wrap the barbell as close to your shoulders as possible. Pause and then lower the barbell to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your elbows pressed to your sides.
  • Don't swing the weight.
