Exercise Description
Cable Biceps Curl primarily works the biceps brachii, which is the two-headed muscle on the front of your arm. The exercise also engages the brachialis, which lies beneath the biceps muscle, plus the shoulders'' forearms and deltoids.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Attach the rope attachment at the lowest level to the adjustable rope machine. Grasp the bar with a reverse grip, arms fully extended, palms facing forward. -
Step 2
Without moving your arms, bend your elbows and wrap the barbell as close to your shoulders as possible. Pause and then lower the barbell to the starting position.
