Exercise Description
Smith Machine Upright Row is an effective exercise to build strength in the shoulders and upper back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place the bar on the Smith machine just above knee level and hold the bar with a double grip. Make sure your palms are facing you, and your arms are about 15 centimeters apart. -
Step 2
Raise the bar to chest height, pause, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
