Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with one heel on the box and lift your other leg until it forms a straight line from heel to hip.
  2. Raise your hips towards the ceiling while keeping your straight leg elevated. Now you form a straight line from the heel of the outstretched leg to the shoulders. Pause and slowly lower your body back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your leg under your knee throughout the exercise. Try not to put it too far in front of you.
  • Keep your heel firmly pressed into your stride throughout the movement. Most of the power should come from the heel.
  • Squeeze your buttocks as hard as you can at the top of the movement.
