Exercise Description
Single-Arm Cable Row And Rotation is an effective compound exercise that specifically targets your upper body, emphasizing the shoulders and upper back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit in front of an adjustable rope machine with the D-handle set low. Sitting on the floor with your back high, fully extend your right arm and grab the accessory with an overhand grip. Your left hand should rest on your hip. Keep your knees slightly bent. -
Step 2
Exhale and pull the handle to the right towards the core while rotating the upper body. Pause and then return to the starting position. Repeat on the left side.
