Exercise Description

Shoulder Circles is a kind of warmup exercise that gets your blood moving and can help to build muscle tone in your shoulders, triceps, and biceps.

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Stand up straight with your arms hanging at your sides.
  • Step 2

    Raise your shoulders and move them back in a wide circular motion.
