Instructions

  1. Place each foot on the sliding disc and begin pushups so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to ankles.
  2. Move your legs out as far as possible without moving your torso. Then return your legs to the starting position.

Tips

  • Initiate the disc movement by pressing your toes firmly into the floor.
  • When moving your legs out, don't let your torso rotate.
  • Tighten your abs and glutes to keep your body stable.
