Exercise Description
Plank Jacks with Feet on Sliding Discs is combined with cardio and core-strengthening exercise. It strengthens the muscles of both the upper and lower body as well as the core.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place each foot on the sliding disc and begin pushups so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to ankles. -
Step 2
Move your legs out as far as possible without moving your torso. Then return your legs to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Initiate the disc movement by pressing your toes firmly into the floor.
- When moving your legs out, don't let your torso rotate.
