Instructions

  1. Stand 2 to 3 feet from a wall, feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a medicine ball above your head.
  2. Prepare your abs, use both hands to place a medicine ball behind your head, and extend your arms forward, throwing as hard as you can. Catch the ball on the rebound and return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Make sure you keep your core tight throughout the movement.
  • Don't let your chin drop below parallel with the floor.
  • Perform the exercise as quickly and explosively as possible.
