Exercise Description
Medicine Ball Overhead Throws increase power in lower body muscles: glutes, quads, and calves.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand 2 to 3 feet from a wall, feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a medicine ball above your head. -
Step 2
Prepare your abs, use both hands to place a medicine ball behind your head, and extend your arms forward, throwing as hard as you can. Catch the ball on the rebound and return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Make sure you keep your core tight throughout the movement.
- Don't let your chin drop below parallel with the floor.
