Exercise Description
Marching Hip Raise With Feet On Swiss Ball mainly targets the glutes as well as the hamstrings.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back with your calves and the back of your heels resting on the Swiss ball. Open out your arms out to the sides for balance. Lift your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. Tighten your abdomen and squeeze your buttocks. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
Without moving your body, lift one foot off the ball. Pause and return to the starting position to repeat on the opposite leg.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your abs tight, and avoid stretching your back too much at the beginning of the exercise.
