Lying Abduction Stretch
Lying Abduction Stretch help to get a tight and toned backside; they can also help prevent and treat pain in the hips and knees.
Instructions
- Lie on the floor on one side; knees bent at a 90-degree angle, one leg placed on top of the other.
- Lift your top knee up as high as you can, keeping your feet together. Pause and then return to the starting position.
Tips
- Hold the stretch at the top of the movement and squeeze your glutes.
- Always keep your feet together.
