Instructions

  1. Lie on the floor on one side; knees bent at a 90-degree angle, one leg placed on top of the other.
  2. Lift your top knee up as high as you can, keeping your feet together. Pause and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Hold the stretch at the top of the movement and squeeze your glutes.
  • Always keep your feet together.
