Exercise Description
Kneeling Rotational Chop increases power and strength throughout the core, more specifically, the obliques.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand on the floor with both knees so that the working side is closest to the adjustable rope machine. Be sure to keep your chest up and your torso straight. Grab the rope from the highest level of the machine with an overhand grip and extend your arms so they are completely straight, and make sure your palms are shoulder-width apart. -
Step 2
Contract your abs and squeeze your buttocks, using your torso to pull the rope down and through your body, past your opposite thigh. Return to starting position.
