Exercise Description
Inverted Row With Feet On Swiss Ball gives strength to the upper body, stability to the lower body, and works great for the core.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back under the bar. Grab the bar with your fully extended arms and palms apart slightly wider than your shoulders. Raise your legs, placing your heels on the Swiss ball. -
Step 2
Keep your upper body straight, tighten your back muscles, and pull your upper body towards the bar. Hold for a second at the top, and then come back until your arms are fully extended.

Exercise Tips
- Don't let your shoulders move forward. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Don't let your hips drop. Keep the line straight from head to heels.
- Don't use a partial range of motion. Pull your chest up to the bar.
