Instructions

  1. Stand on the floor and slightly bend your knees, palms on the floor, and slowly walk out.
  2. When you get to a plank position, tap the opposite shoulders, then push yourself back up.

Tips

  • Perform the movement slowly, focus on engaging your entire body from head to toe, and keep each step smooth and controlled.
