Exercise Description

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Stand tall, legs straight. Lean forward and touch the floor with both hands.
  • Step 2

    Move your arms forward, keeping your legs straight so that you are almost in a pushup position.
  • Step 3

    Step forward in small steps, keeping your hands on the floor, and return back to the starting position.

Exercise Tips

  • Be sure to keep your abs tight and your back straight throughout the exercise.
  • Do not let your hips sag during the exercise.
  • Try not to sway your torso from side to side during the exercise.
