Exercise Description
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand tall, legs straight. Lean forward and touch the floor with both hands. -
Step 2
Move your arms forward, keeping your legs straight so that you are almost in a pushup position. -
Step 3
Step forward in small steps, keeping your hands on the floor, and return back to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Be sure to keep your abs tight and your back straight throughout the exercise.
- Do not let your hips sag during the exercise.
- Try not to sway your torso from side to side during the exercise.
