Exercise Description
Hip Raise with Feet on Swiss Ball is a great workout that mainly targets the glutes and the hamstrings. Moreover, using a Swiss ball improves back and spine health, core stability, posture, and muscle balance.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your back with your heels on the swiss ball and knees bent. -
Step 2
Press your heels into the swiss ball, lift your hips, and complete the movement by squeezing your buttocks, being careful not to engage your lower back. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your body straight at the top of the exercise, squeezing your glutes and belly. Avoid making your hips saggy.
