Exercise Description
Plank Pike Jumps increase cardiovascular endurance and also strengthen your core.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Form a straight line from head to heels. -
Step 2
Tighten your core and bounce your feet under your hips. Pause, make sure you rest your hands on the floor, and jump back to the starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Don't let your hips rise above the back of your head. Instead, jump quickly to keep your hips low.
