Instructions

  1. Get into a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Form a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Tighten your core and bounce your feet under your hips. Pause, make sure you rest your hands on the floor, and jump back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Don't let your hips rise above the back of your head. Instead, jump quickly to keep your hips low.
