Exercise Description
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and squat into an athletic stance. Hold dumbbells in each hand and keep your hands straight. -
Step 2
Step to the right with your right foot until your feet are shoulder-width apart. -
Step 3
Step to the right with your left foot until your feet are hip-width apart. -
Step 4
Continue taking small steps to the right and then repeat on the left side.

Exercise Tips
- As you step, the feet should never come closer than shoulder-width apart.
- The goal of the exercise is to keep the feet wide, take small steps, and don’t allow the shoulders to move up and down as you step.
