Instructions

  1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and squat into an athletic stance. Hold dumbbells in each hand and keep your hands straight.
  2. Step to the right with your right foot until your feet are shoulder-width apart.
  3. Step to the right with your left foot until your feet are hip-width apart.
  4. Continue taking small steps to the right and then repeat on the left side.

Tips

  • As you step, the feet should never come closer than shoulder-width apart.
  • The goal of the exercise is to keep the feet wide, take small steps, and don’t allow the shoulders to move up and down as you step.
