Exercise Description
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your head straight, chest up, and shoulders back. -
Step 2
Keeping your arms straight, move the dumbbells in a semicircle until they touch above your head, then lower your back to the starting position. Repeat until the required repetitions.

Exercise Tip
- Keep your arms tucked nicely into your sides, with your hands slightly in front of your body (not out to the sides).
