Combo Shoulder Raise

Instructions

  1. Hold dumbbells in each hand at your sides like suitcases. Turn your palms so that one thumb is pointing to the side and the other is pointing forward.
  2. Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height. One arm should be out to the side and the other extended forward. Return the weights to their original position.

Tips

  • Keep tension in your shoulders throughout the movement.
  • Always keep your thumbs pointing up.
  • Don't use momentum to lift dumbbells.
