Exercise Description
Balancing Squat is a unique bodyweight compound exercise that helps you to control and stabilize your body’s position. Balancing squats also lower the risk of extreme injuries and improves proprioception.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Sit squatting, keeping your heels on the floor, your chest up, your hips on your back, and your knees out. -
Step 2
Stand up straight and move the weight on one leg. Raise the other leg and hold your chin with your hand. Raise that leg to the side. Keep your balance on your feet. Return to starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid rounding your back throughout the movement.
- Be sure to keep your chest up and your back straight.
