Exercise Description
V-Grip Cable Row strengthens the back, shoulders, and biceps while improving core stability and spinal alignment. Using a Cable row while performing this exercise places increased resistance on the upper back and rear shoulder.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit on a low V-handle pully cable station with your feet firmly on the weight plates. Sit with a straight torso and fully extend your arms while supporting your weight. -
Step 2
Keeping your torso still, slide your elbows behind your back and pull the cable attachment towards your waist. Pause, squeeze your shoulder blades, and reverse the movement to return to the starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Do not lean forward during the exercise. Keep your torso straight and your back straight.
