Exercise Description

Swiss Ball Hip Raise And Leg Curl is an effective exercise to strengthen your hamstrings, glutes, and core muscles. It also improves the mobility and stability of the hips.

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Lie on your back with your calves resting on a Swiss ball. Raise your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from your feet to your shoulders.
  • Step 2

    Roll the ball towards you by bending your legs and lifting your hips at the same time. Finish by placing your feet on the ball and in a straight line from knees to shoulders. Return the ball to the starting position and complete all reps.
