Exercise Description
Standing Barbell Calf Raise On Floor is a lower leg exercise that strengthens the calves and the muscles around the ankle.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place the bar in your upper back by pulling the bar down with an overhand grip while pulling your shoulder blades together for stability. -
Step 2
Press into the balls of your feet, lifting your heels off the floor. Pause, and lower your heels back to the starting position.
