Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place the bar in your upper back by pulling the bar down with an overhand grip while pulling your shoulder blades together for stability.
  2. Press into the balls of your feet, lifting your heels off the floor. Pause, and lower your heels back to the starting position.

  • Be sure to squeeze your calves to the fullest range of motion.
