Instructions

  1. Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides. Squat down with one arm extended out from the foot.
  2. Jump into the air from the side in the opposite direction. Land and then extend your other hand to the outside of your foot.

Tips

  • Don't lean towards your body. Make sure you are supported on your hips.
  • Don't let your body spin.
