Exercise Description
Side-To-Side Shuffle Jump is a great lower body exercise; however, it also improves balance, cardiovascular endurance, and athletic coordination
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides. Squat down with one arm extended out from the foot. -
Step 2
Jump into the air from the side in the opposite direction. Land and then extend your other hand to the outside of your foot.

Side-To-Side Shuffle Jump targets Calves, Glutes, Hamstrings, Lower Body, Quads as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- Don't lean towards your body. Make sure you are supported on your hips.
- Don't let your body spin.
