Exercise Description
Lat Foam Roll is helpful to relieve pain, stiffness, and tightness in muscles and joints. In addition, this is an excellent exercise for improving muscle extensibility and range of motion throughout your lats.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on your side and place the foam roller horizontally under your armpit with your forearm extended over your head and flat on the floor. The other hand should be in front of you for support. -
Step 2
Slowly roll your body up onto the foam roller so it descends towards your lats. When the roller reaches the bottom of your chest, pause and then return to the starting position in the opposite direction.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid scrolling too fast. Start with a slow pace, moving through the muscle in a controlled manner.
- Start with light pressure and increase throughout the series.
