Exercise Description
Kneeling Oblique Cable Crunch engages the abdominal wall and the obliques and helps to sculpt the waist. This exercise strengthens the back, tightens the core, tones the abs, and improves balance and flexibility.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Kneel in front of an adjustable rope machine with your back to the weights. Take the rope and place it behind your neck, holding each end in front of your chest. -
Step 2
Use your abs to lower your torso towards your hips. Pause and then return to the starting position.
