Exercise Description
Kettlebell Biceps Curl is a great bicep and biceps brachialis exercise that heavily taxes the forearms and smaller muscles around the hands and wrists.
Exercise Instruction

Step 1
While standing, keep a pair of kettlebells next to you. Without moving your arms, bend your elbows and bend the weight towards your shoulders. Pause and then return to the starting position.
