Exercise Description
Jumping Jacks target all the major muscles in the lower body, strengthening your glutes, hamstrings, quads, hips, calves, and shins.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand on the floor with your feet together, hands at your sides. Jump up, spread your legs and bring both hands together above your head. -
Step 2
Jump up again and return to the starting position. Repeat until the set is complete.

Jumping Jacks targets Calves, Quads, Shoulders as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- Keep your knees bent and land softly on your toes.
- Engage your core and glutes, and keep your knees in line with your hips and feet.
- Keep your arms straight, and your elbows relaxed throughout the exercise, and maintain an even, even rhythm of breathing.
