Instructions

  1. Stand on the floor with your feet together, hands at your sides. Jump up, spread your legs and bring both hands together above your head.
  2. Jump up again and return to the starting position. Repeat until the set is complete.

Tips

  • Keep your knees bent and land softly on your toes.
  • Engage your core and glutes, and keep your knees in line with your hips and feet.
  • Keep your arms straight, and your elbows relaxed throughout the exercise, and maintain an even, even rhythm of breathing.
