Exercise Description
Incline EZ-Bar Lying Triceps Extension stimulates the entire triceps muscle group in the upper arm. It works the triceps from the elbow to the latissimus dorsi.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Set an adjustable bench at a 30-45 degree angle and lie on your back. Using an overhand grip, hold an EZ bar with your arms a little less than shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms over your chin. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
Tighten your core and bend your elbows to lower the bar over your head. Pause when your forearms are parallel to the floor, then return to the starting position by tensing your triceps.

Exercise Tips
- Do not let your elbows open. Keep them folded and facing forward first.
- Don't use too much weight. Instead, focus on a range of motion.
- Lower the weight under control to feel a full stretch in the triceps.
