Incline Dumbbell Shrug is one of the best exercises for toning your upper back muscles, building big traps, and improving posture.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie with your chest forward on an incline bench at a 60-degree angle. Your arms should hang down with your palms facing back.' -
Step 2
Keeping your core tight, pull your shoulders and mid-back toward the ceiling. Pause here and then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
