Groin Foam Roll is a warm-up exercise that reduces muscles pain, making them more responsive and stretching, and increases the range of motion around a joint.

Instructions
- Lie face down on the floor, supporting yourself on your elbows. Place a foam roller on one side of your lower body and rotate your leg out.
- Lift your rotated leg and place your inner thigh on the foam roller. Slowly push your body up and down to rotate your inner thigh.
Tips
- Avoid too much pressure right away. Slowly sink into the exercise.
- Do not allow your back to stretch excessively during the exercise. Keep your core tight to prevent injury.
- Don't roll too fast. Take your time to slowly roll up and down the area.
