Exercise Description
Barbell Hip Thrust with Bench is a perfect exercise to strengthen the muscles in your hip, quadriceps, and buttocks. Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie with your upper back on a bench and place your feet on the floor in front of you. Hold the barbell in your hips. -
Step 2
Lower your hips so that your glutes almost touch the floor. -
Step 3
Pressing with your heels and squeezing your buttocks, return the bar to its original position.
