What Are Forums?

The Forums in KEEP.FIT are spaces where members of our community can connect, share knowledge, ask questions, and support each other on their fitness journeys. Forums cover topics like workouts, nutrition, wellness, and general fitness discussions.

We encourage respectful and constructive participation in the forums. By following community guidelines, members help maintain a safe, positive, and motivating environment where everyone—from beginners to experienced athletes—can learn and grow together.

You can explore different forum categories to join discussions, ask questions, share experiences, and discover tips and advice from other members of the KEEP.FIT community.

Posting & Participation

The KEEP.FIT forums are organized into topics. Each topic contains threads where members can start discussions and share experiences.

Only logged-in users can create new threads. Free users have limits on their ability to post, while members have no limits. At the bottom of each topic, users can add replies to join discussions, ask questions, or provide feedback.

You can edit or delete your own posts if needed, and use formatting tools like bold, italics, lists, and links to make your posts clear and readable. You can also attach images or videos such as progress photos or exercise demonstrations to illustrate your points.
