Exercise Description
Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift With Dumbbells is a unilateral lower body exercise that can help increase hamstring and glute health, improve joint function at the hip, and reinforce proper hamstring engagement.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand on one leg, holding two dumbbells in front of you with an overhand grip and arms fully extended. -
Step 2
Bend one leg slightly and lift it behind you while bending your hips. Lower your torso towards the floor while your back leg is behind you, leaving your arms hanging in front of you. Pause, and then reverse the movement, squeezing the buttocks at the top.

Exercise Tips
- Don't let your back round throughout the movement.
- Keep your back straight during the exercise to avoid injury.
