Exercise Description
Dumbbell Deadlift is a multi-joint, full-body exercise that primarily targets the Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, and lower back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Grab a pair of dumbbells in front of you with an overhand grip, palms facing your body. -
Step 2
Bend forward at the hips, bending your knees slightly, and lower the dumbbells to the floor without allowing your back to rotate. Tighten your body and rise to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your head in line with the rest of your body, and do not arch your neck.
- Keep the dumbbells close to your body throughout the movement.
