Neck Rotations
Neck Rotations may help decrease tightness in the sides and back of your neck. It also helps to increase mobility in your neck.
Instructions
- Stand with your arms hanging at your sides and your head leaning to the side.
- Gently rotate your neck in one direction in a large circle before returning to the starting position.
Tips
- Always stay within your comfort and flexibility zone.
- Circle slowly and under control to minimize the risk of injury.
