Exercise Description
Neck Rotations may help decrease tightness in the sides and back of your neck. It also helps to increase mobility in your neck.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your arms hanging at your sides and your head leaning to the side. -
Step 2
Gently rotate your neck in one direction in a large circle before returning to the starting position.
