Instructions

  1. Stand with your arms hanging at your sides and your head leaning to the side.
  2. Gently rotate your neck in one direction in a large circle before returning to the starting position.

Tips

  • Always stay within your comfort and flexibility zone.
  • Circle slowly and under control to minimize the risk of injury.
