Instructions

  1. Standing in a partial squat, feet shoulder-width apart, hold a pair of dumbbells, palms facing each other.
  2. Lower yourself into a full squat, then quickly come up and pull your shoulders towards your ears. Land softly and return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Slightly bend your knees and flex your waist to cushion your landing.
  • Raise with your feet, not with your hands.
